One person say, "Imagine, dem no even get one fire extinguisher for the whole prison. And the officers wey suppose dey work for night no even dey around. Plenty prisoners wey get sickness like asthma fit die before day break when dem go come help."
The fire wey dey grow and the way nobody dey rush to help dey make other prisoners fear say big problem fit happen. Some prisoners dey fear for their life, dem fit break their own door so dem fit run from the smoke and fire.
Even the prison officers dey fear say prisoners fit run away if dem no stop the fire quick quick. The way nobody do anything fast make the place tense, and people dey put pressure on the authorities.
