One woman, Osarugue Flora Aiworo, wey be dey work for one bank for Nigeria as contract staff, don talk how e dey pain and how things dey upside down for anybody wey dey work as contract staff for banks for Nigeria. She say e be like person be refugee for their own land.
She say e no good how banks dey forget those contract workers wey dey work hard make the bank make money, but when dem wan share the money dem make for the year, dem no dey call the contract staff.
She tell news people for Benin City say na the support staff almost dey do all the work for the bank, but dem dey treat dem like slave.
Osarugue talk say when she dey the bank, na dem dey go find customers bring money to the bank, but the bank dey give the credit for those customers to other full staff workers.
She say contract support staff for banks dey live like foreigners for their own country. She beg the big bosses of all the banks for Nigeria to start treat their contract support staff better.
She also call on human rights people for Nigeria to join her talk so that contract staff go get better working condition.
Osarugue continue say she don dey talk about sharing profit with support staff for all their meetings. She say one time, dem tell her make she nor raise the matter again.
She even say she talk to one big Managing Director of a bank two times, but the man no even listen to her.
She say she dey do this thing because those contract people dey live like refugees for Nigeria, like say dem no be Nigerians for their own fatherland.
She think say the support staff need encouragement more, say dem dey work hard make the bank make money. But when time reach to share the money, dem go tell dem to comot for the room.
She use this chance to beg all the Managing Directors and Chief Executive Officers of banks. She call on all good Nigerians to support her talk.
She also call on people like AY, Very Dark Man, Deji Adeyanju, and Sowore to help her raise this matter.
She say those contract people no go fit talk for themselves. Dem no even get time to vote for election because dem dey work everyday, from Sunday to Sunday.
She beg banks to include these contract people when dem wan share the profit dem make. She ask people to help her tag anybody wey be big person on social media so dem go hear their cry, say these people na their brothers and sisters.
